CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for DSA students – NMH support worker fees If the Student needs to cancel a booked session, they must provide at least 24 hours notice to Positive Signs and inform us via email: admin@positivesignslondon.com. If they do not provide notice, or fail to attend a booked session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, this will be classed as a missed session (and will include all support booked for that day). DSA will only fund 2 cancellations per student in any one academic term. Positive Signs will only pay for cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the booking commencing.
